IMPORTANT: When instructing re any matter outside the jurisdiction of the Republic of Ireland, Aserve terms and conditions expressly provide that the instructing solicitor is solely responsible for the management of such matter and exclude any liability on Aserve’s part in respect thereof.

Our due diligence is very thorough and involves travelling to their offices and checking out how they operate. We ensure that our agent companies abroad work to the highest standards. This is to re-assure us and also our clients.
We put in place a Service Level Agreement with all our agent companies to ensure all the work is carried out to the highest standards OF CONFIDENTIALITY, LEGALITY and in full accordance with all relevant Data Protection Regulations pertaining to each jurisdiction.
